Easily done. He puts the card face down on the top of the deck, he turns the deck over and applies the adhesive (0:16) which was on the end of his middle or index finger (you can see him putting the pressure on the deck, when he shuffles he pulls the cards from the middle leaving the top of the deck as it was (with the card on the top with adhesive on it) when he flicks the cards at the wall the top card hits the wall and sticks and the other cards fall away. Nice try!

lol staticcling he probly used somthing like a uhhh ballon to store electricity and then chese the card and rumbed it on his arm (the hiar would cause the static to go to the card) and used a xard booklet back er somthing like that and stuck it to it.
