This video shows the Maglock control system for the Enterprise-E as seen in Star Trek: First Contact when the deflector dish is detached from the ship to stop the Borg from contacting the collective. I made the interactive maglock control in flash.

If I remember correctly, in Star Trek: DS9 The Fallen, the crashed USS Ulysses also has maglocks for the access ports above the shuttle bay.
