A penalty for being over the weight limit should be allowed. Floyd cheated the weight for the Marquez fight. Pacquiao's team are not stupid stupid. This vid is old news now, We all know Floyd refused 50/50 split & 45/55 to the winner. Shame for the REAL boxing fans..
