i had 168,000.00 points and they took them away claiming that i buy with a redale certificate i am not allowed get reward zone points.funny thing is this policy is not in writing and no store employees or in store managers have any knowleged of this policy and besides i get no better pricing .all i do is buy . .. why dont they just say if you buy alot we dont want you..

hey i want to return my bose ae2 headphones back and im a regular Reward Zone member and i was wondering if i can return my headphones back (with out box) and get my money back? or do i still have to pay a restocking fee since i dont have the box? and do you have to pay restocking fee if your not anytype of member ether way?
