@al91176 no because because americans think theyre better than russians and vice versa. The M1A2 overall would annihlate this scrap heap of a tank, though. What good is stealth and speed(T-90) against a tank with the biggest cannon in the world and inpenetrable armor(M1A2)?

@Howlingvicer1 T-90 has a bigger gun lol 125mm cal L51. Abrams 120mm cal L44 which is shorter. Also if the M1A2 armour is so good they wouldn't have replaced ut during SEPV1.

The T-90 and M1A1 can be considered to be ~ equal.

the M1A2 SEP swapped 2nd gen DU mesh with 3rd gen DU. NBD

The T-90 has 4 advantages: small size, Agility, Refleks, Shtora.

The T-90 also has disadvantages crew comfort, ergonomics, crew protection (ammo), accuracy etc

If you've been in any T-72 variant (on the move) you know what I'm talking about with ergonomics and crew comfort. But,I agree that Howling is full of sht. T-90 is not junk.

The only people that spray on about "My Tank Is Better..neener..neener" are non Tankers they are tank fan boys. The T-90 and the M1A1 are essentially equal in gun power, automotive performance, and armor protection. I'm trained on an M1A1 I like the hell out of it. But I could transition to a T-90 and like the hell out of it as well. It really all comes down to crew skill and who scores a solid hit the fastest. End message.

They design Ru Tanks to present the smallest frontal area possible. But, you are wrong if you think an M1A1 is a Cadillac inside--its TIGHT. from the TC's position my knees are on my gunners back. But the big advantage is I have a loader..the tanks go-to guy. He has his own weapons station an extra MG. But no tank is really designed for comfort. But my main gun can elevate higher and depress lower than a T-90's. meaning I can get into a better hull down position FACT.

@1138thz The russians have sort of grown used to the cramped conditions in the tanks. They seemed to have sort of retained a policy of favoring performance and whatever works over comfort.
