Way tooooo FAST Sir!!!!

The Libarace of the organ...ridiculously fast...
-
...and then the organ burst into flames!
-
An organist must play the room and its acoustics. Just because you CAN play a piece 100 miles per hour, doesn't mean you SHOULD. Too fast, and the subtleties of the music are lost in the blur and the wall of sound.

Great but too fast...

you're right oofahman, he is adorable..plays damned well, too! But I have to agree with TheGetterdoneboy, that the peice need to be played slower...rather like Widor's, Toccata...it's played all too fast by most organists; as Widor complained. I remember talking with Carlo Curlee, I asked him why he played the Widor so fast and he responed, "Because I can." This might answer our question about Nobile, it's "Because he can." Oh well, I digress...but he's still adoralble!

he's adorable! :)

no matter how hard he steps on the pedals the volume will still be the same!
-
If you thought t hat was fast you should watch Virgil Fox play this!

where is the fire.. SLOW down that was the worst rendition of BACH I have ever had the horror to have to listen to
The pedal work shows the influece of Diane Bish..."the bish stomp!!!" LOL

Definitely! The first time I saw him, I couldn't stop thinking about the way he used his feet. They seem to stay part of the music, even when they're moving up or down to a new note, or pushing an expression pedal. It's continuous, I think that that is what causes the 'stomp' that Bish and he share.
