We are glad you are for real Hey Fishy Fishy. We feed our african dwarf frog by hand. She comes to the top of the aquarium when she feels the vibration of our voice and opens her moth waiting for us to put food inside.

If you only give them blood worms , it's bad as there's too much protein. A good discus flake mix is what I give them every day. Sometimes I skip a day just so I dont overfeed.

Get a good discus flake mix. YOu can get them that have an agent in them that brings out the colour in the fish. I hope you enjoy your fish !
