wow, earlier i thought bioshock is the last game of all to do a speed run on. youve proven me wrong i guess :D. this is on the easiest difficulty right? havent played this in a while.

At 3:45? Most of the rubble is purely graphical, you can walk straight through it. The reason you can't normally just walk out of the door is that the trigger that spawns the rubble also locks the door. It doesn't close the door first though, so if you ensure the door is OPEN when the trigger fires (which Cortez does by leaving a bot in the doorway at 2:09), the door will lock open and you can walk straight through it later.
