ok so i do have to admit., learning to pull ur body up is the best way of improving urself in anyway - physically, emotionally and spiritually. anybody can do a pull up., but shud have the will power to just not to give up until you learn it.., it cannot be taught, since the mode varies for different people as everybody is different. u shud just not give up on it until you can - bubble wit enthusiasm to get it done.. if you can finally do that., lemme tell u u can do anything that u want!

very weak video, why didnt you show few examples for lower back. that was for upper back ONLY
-
@van0sgym the man was saying in the video that doing pull ups helps tighten up your back muscles, therefore helping out with the back fat situation.

@Jifcrunch79 what does fat has to do with pull ups i see fatty bombas doing pull ups like they own them
-
@van0sgym LOL thanks i'll do my best. I actually have the backfat not because I'm fat (I'm no where near overweight) but because I have high set hip bones, I can literally only put a thumb in the space between my upper torso and hips. I won't use that as an excuse to give up though, I'll keep exercising and eating my vegetables :)

@crystalfox33 Well not really, I am one of the most athletic people out of all my friends, I run at least 2 miles every day and work out every day (weekends are rest days), but I STILL have back fat. That's who this video is for, guys like me.
I can't do a pull up though, I'm a weak little girl!

Hi. I'm a girl. Not a big strong man like you. I've never done a pull up in my entire life. More ideas please?
