@ruekaen well the took mewtew out to replace him with lucario , in the hopes that we wouldn't notice that he was an exact f*cking clone of mewtew, but yeah i liked him better too.

I'm not sure what mr game & watch is from,, probably before my time, he does stick out like something that doesn't quite belong there almost doesn't he?

I'll agree to that, but the same could be said about game & watch.  I just honestly wish they didn't take out mewtwo.

@ruekaen well i saw that bit on AVGN , but it doesn't really make him a mainstream character for everyone considering the games weren't very popular.

I still feel as if R.O.Bs space could've been taken up by a better character.

I play ROB seriously and bet I'm the best in Northern Nevada with him.

I'm pretty sure he was the mascot before the first super mario game was released, which wasn't very long after ROB himself. He was a controller, and actually he had two of his own games called gyromite and stack up for the NES.

original by how many years? are you sure about that? o.o because i heard he's from japan but he's wasn't involved in video games until brawl. i heard he was a robot or something?

they didn't bother to make the story important to the game though, which is a big factor for me. :/

Brawl was much more shit than melee for many reasons, but I don't believe the characters where one of them.

R.O.B.s boring true, but he was the original nintendo mascot. While not popular, I'd say he is more worthy of a spot than Mr. Game and Watch. The only characters I ever questioned in Brawl where Mr. Game and Watch and Snake.

Soul Calibur 4 spread its story across several games. While it's true the story mode was shit in 4, I don't expect them to recap everything that happened for everyone
