There are a few people I've come across where this feels absolutely accurate--the slightest new thing, however obvious, befuddles them and it's up to the tech support guy to help.

I can remember typing g ti cw to find a title in a library catalogue and thinking it was great because it found all the titles with the relevant word in it. And the first time I saw this video my children were still in primary school. Still funny.
