there are several factors. One is your natural body frame(small,medium,large). I am 5, 8' and i weigh 155-160, it ranges between there. I consider i have a medium size frame for my height.

some people are extremely heavy for their height. Cheick Kongo is 6'4 but he is way lighter than Cain Velazques(6'1).

I am 5'9 and I am 200 pounds(I am not fat). I dont have big muscles too lol. I dont even know where the weight comes from.
