  • he reconizes that fedor is the best.

  • He improved his striking ability very well in last time and has beaten Nogueira in 1st round. Now he is unstoppable in my eyes. He can be next UFC champ.

  • he is number two in fighting and as a person from mma fighters behind fedor they both are really nice people

  • there are several factors. One is your natural body frame(small, medium, large). I am 5, 8' and i weigh 155-160, it ranges between there. I consider i have a medium size frame for my height.

  • some people are extremely heavy for their height. Cheick Kongo is 6'4 but he is way lighter than Cain Velazques(6'1).

I am 5'9 and I am 200 pounds(I am not fat). I dont have big muscles too lol. I dont even know where the weight comes from.

  • Good questions here. This website does really good work especially on the video interviews and stuff. kinda flyin under the radar shit. I'ma get one of those shirts that they show on the end of video.

Cain's a beast! Saw him fight Rothwell last night live and he dominated him standing & on the ground. Can't wait to see how much he improves after a couple more fights.

  • WAR CAIN!!!! Next HW CHAMP!!! Si se puede compadre! All of Mexico is behind you bro!!!

  • He seems like such a calm and cool guy. :)
