I traveled to Jalapa, Guatemala with Latin American Medical Providers (LAMP) where a team of U.S. doctors treated some of poorest people in the region. In just under one week, the team sees over 1,000 patients and completes up to 80 surgeries for people who couldn't normally afford treatment.
