(Part 2 of 3 parts) Night Lights w/ James Lambert, San Diego's only conservative talk TV, interviews Dr. Orly Taitz, outspoken 'eligibility' lawyer regarding AKA Obama's iligitimate and unConstitutional position as President of the United States and Commander in Chief.
In addition to his being Constitutionally ineligible for the office of the Presidency, Dr. Taitz outlines many of the criminal actions by both Mr. and Mrs. Obama that would cause their immediate removal from our White House, so the Nation can get on with the business of restoring our Constitutional Republic.
This 1/2 hour interview was done in April, 2009 at a studio in Vista, CA. It is both eye-opening and motivational, as we hear this plea from a naturalized Russian-American citizen telling us that she was raised under a totalitarian system, and wants to make sure that her family does not suffer the same fate here.

-anyone born in the US is automatically an NBC

-anyone born outside the US who has a single parent with US citizenship

An offical Hawaiin birth cert has been released and shown to the media.

Orly has already attempted to pass off a forged document as a "Kenyan Birth Certificate".

I did not misquote anything, you deceitful little piece of excrement, as I was not "quoting" anything. Obama's mother meets conditions for US citizenship and on the one year indigenous requirement. I did not mention it because it was pointless to repeat that fact. Her citizenship is not, and has never been, in question.

The Constitution upholds Obama is a citizen, as 129 presented and lost birther cases attest to. If you dislike the document, move the fuck out.

"Anyone born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national." How come Ms Taitz never goes on to say...'but that certificate will not say the foreign born infant was 'born in Hawaii?'. She always leaves that part out. Strange.
