This is a Korean person saying that the comfort women were all voluntary for economic reasons.

He says that the average monthly wage for public servants were about 40 yen, but if you work at night it was about 50-60 yen. However, for comfort women it was about 200 yen. So if you work for a year, you don't have to work for the rest of your life. So, all the women volunteered.
