@mogliemusic mate i run in the 1500m Victorian Athletics team, so i know a bit of knowledge. Besides, i thought they were talking about the beep test. and ur a gimp who can lick urself on the ass

@AblettGC2011 Your the biggest idiot in the world. The yo yo test is completely different to the bleep test, and it tests your speed and endurance. You are expected to get better in the yo yo, but clearly your intelligence is not large enough for you to understand this.

@MiTcH2da4 mate the yoyo test is way different to the beep test. Yoyo test is mainly a test of sprints that get quicker as the levels advanced mixed in with some walking for recovery. Beep test is more of an ongoing aerobic test. Scores in yoyo tests of fit players generally range between 18 - 20. Anything above 16 in the beep test is pretty insane :L

get the feeling their beep test wasnt over 20m, considering footy players max at around 16... haha and lets face it, cricket just isnt as demanding in a cardio sense
-
ablettGC2011 he said 20.6 not 21.6
-
this is completely bullshit. it is near impossible to reach 21.6, especially as a cricketer whose fitness basis is quite poor as it is the sports second or third priority to skills.
-
@redback06 i manage atleast 14.3
-
@robjwood1 exactly.
I bet the entire indian team will fail this test
