A Tribute To The Wounded Soldiers!

I came up with the idea for this video after watching a programme on BBC1 about how wounded soldiers from the Bitish Armed Forces were abandoned. The programme was Power To The People and it really meant something to watch it.

Fuck our government. Vets in America get treated like shit. The VA does little at best, and it seems all the flag waving assholes here could give a shit. I'll never regret serving shoulder to shoulder with what I consider to be the bravest men I have ever, or will ever know. But here in "the world," I've seen these guys basically kicked to the curb. If you've served, you get it. If not, you're just another hoo-rah wannabe that watches the war on two minute clips, and think you can identify

Identify? I know the problems, I know that no respect is ever given to the troops any more unless you have respect for them or served.

I do not think that you overly get it. Besides the fact that my dad served, my uncle served, my grandad served. I think perhaps I do know a fair bit.

we Americans are treated just as badly. As a navy reservist that was deployed and injured, we are not taken care of either. They just want to kick us out with the least cost to the navy as possible. Shame on our country.

I am terribly sorry to hear this. I do believe several people like yourselves have said this to me about America too. According to the video it looked like thngs were better than over here even if they are not brilliant. I do however velieve that you have a lot more respect from the people and that they support the US Troops a lot more than British Troops over here so you get help from volunteers and stuff.

I hit another man after he said he was going to shoot me. It was self defense. But not the way the army saw it. When I say I did not get my benifits. I mean I did not finish my career. I had hit ten and was going for 20. So I dont get my retirement. Even though I was half way there. You wouldnt believe whats happening at B.A.M.C. its nuts.
