@yesiamanalien any rv can be used in the winter you put heat tape on the water lines. and there is a heated wrap you can get for the water tanks and hot water heater as well kinda like a electric blanket lol. anyways they keep the water from freezing. inside you don't need to worry to much depending on the size little campers can be heated with electric space heaters. some even come with ac unit that has a electric heat mode aka a heat strip. large ones can be hard to heat.
I live in my 36' motorhome year round here in northern Alberta where the temperature gets to -40 or so for months on end.. Never had any problems with the cold as long as you take the necessary steps to ensure everything is properly insulated.. I absolutely love it..
I have built a skirting, heat tape on the waterline, foil insulation pieces in the windows during winter, dehumidifier for excess moisture inside (a must) unless you like mold. Lived here in Idaho for 10 years, survived -20 and a 50mph wind right off Lake Pend Oreille.
Awesome videos, when we first started full-timing we drove from Florida to South Dakota and the day we arrived it started snowing and didn't let up until a foot and a half of snow was on the ground! We just didn't believe it would snow that much in May! Luckily our Carriage had an insulated belly and none of our pipes froze.
What do u do about winterizing? I know it's bound to get cold there. What do u do to keep from freezing your nuts off? What about keeping the water from freezing?
