  • wow. where you find the cutters?

  • I think we got that one off Ebay. Search for 'single pojnt threadmill', you should be able to find one locally.

  • The machine is one we built in house - weight is about 150 Lb and the spindle is 0.5 Kw. It's running around 24,000 rpm in this clip.

  • @brenck It's easy hand programing, first it should start at the bottom for right hand int thread, it allows climb milling witch is way better on resulting finish and tool life as well. From the bottom you ramp in, then next line is a full x,y turn plus a z value, being the pitch of the thread
