A frightened, shivering dog was rescued after floating 75 miles on an ice floe down Poland's Vistula River and into the Baltic Sea, officials said Thursday. Now his saviors just have to figure out who really owns him. (Jan. 28)

And all this happened in my beautiful city of Gdynia! UPDATE: The dog just completed it's first (or second) sea mission with success! Obviously he is not a land creature. Long live Baltic the dog!
