Rep. Baron Hill (D, IN-9) is refusing to hold public town hall meetings because he's scared of his constituents, who he calls "political terrorists" if they disagree with him. He wants political shelter, but Hoosiers aren't giving it to him. Call Baron Hill today at (202) 225-5315 or (812) 288-3999. Tell him you aren't a "political terrorist" and you oppose Barack Obama's health care plan.

  • During the healthcare bill exchanges this fall, I wrote emails to many Senators and Representatives, beyond my own state, because their votes in Congress would affect my family and the nation. Most Senators and Reps allowed emails from all Americans, not just their own State. Of course, Baron Hill did not. (Not that he really listens to Indianans either---e.g., censoring the IU student journalist at his town hall meeting). This guy wants to run for Bayh's seat? YIKES!

  • @snackwars Pretty much seems that way. I guess that makes 70% of the American population terrorists. which would make the U.S. the #1 terrorist supporting nation on the planet. at least by far left liberal/socialist view point. at this point I'd vote for my dog. at least I know she'd listen to me at least half the time. Sissy the beagle/Dachshund mix dog for president! LOL!

  • @pbfoley Read the healthcare bill, They get access to your bank account, your medical records will be accessable to anyone in the government, Hospitals will close, leaving large areas with no medical faciities, hospitals will have bankers hours, level of medical attention will based on age & estimates of your productive (working) life- if you've only got 10 years or so till retirement forget about getting that surgury you need, Grandma gets a pamplet about suicide instead of a ceramic hip.

  • @pbfoley The patriots rebelled because they had no say in the british parliment. the stamp act, sugar act, townsend act, etc. were taxes levied on the Americans. they had no representation, were treated as if they weren't british citizens' & eventually decided not to be treated as second class citizens'. you see the same thing happening today. sure we elect our representitives, but they ignore their constituencies once they are elected. Professional, lifelong politicans' have to go.

  • @WILLTHEWGMAN but you forget, the democrats have a long tradition of redefining words. remember when RASCIST meant that you hated & plotted ill for people who were different then you? the democrats have now redefined rascist as anyone who thinks differently then them, or wants smaller federal government. now terrorist is being redefined. AKA "Man caused disaster" sounds kind of like the health care bill doesn't it?

  • Enough is Enough..... Vote Hill Out Vote Hill Out Vote Hill Out

  • @pbfoley

The United States has defined terrorism under the Federal criminal code. 18 U.S.C. §2331[51] defines terrorism as: ..activities that involve violent or life-threatening acts that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State and appear to be intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;... a terrorist is defined as a person that commits the above actions, not persons protected under our 1st Amendment for free speech!

  • @revwrightbillayers did you see what he just said at his town hall meeting? we need to stand strong and realize these scum bags are only trying to provoke us into going mad and doing something stupid. STAY STRONG AMERICA!!!! FUCK YA!!! WE ARE WINNING!!!!

  • Hill is insane. I hope the Dems run him, that will be a blast to watch him implode.

  • Power: "not necessarily a bad thing." lol you're right, not necessarily. I suppose it depends on who wants it, how much do they want, and who are they taking it from. The people are supposed to have the power in this country but many of those in government are trying to take that power from us and from the states. According to the U.S. Constitution, the states have almost all the power. The feds have done and are doing exactly what our forefathers warned against.
