  • By doing all those exercises I lose 13kg in 1 month. I use to practise it every morning for 2 hours. The degree of my eyes was -200 and now it is normal, I don't need any spectacles to look. I hope this would give some inspiration to people who are suffering from some of these defects in they are body.

  • Sir, the syncronisation of speech with Baba Ramdev is fantastic. Perfect diction and enunciation make it a delight to watch. A first rate presentation and must watch. This made me a devotee on first view itself. Highly recommended. Please post more such videos. All my family loves to watch it repeatedly.   • great thing to do and follow ..... but can any one answer my simple question .... at 1:51 baba said to combine nail rubbing with this pranyam, well this is to be done whilst the pranayam is being done or can be taken care at later ... please reply

    You might be getting this impression because of all the ignorant fucks that think this 'thing' is some sort of magic trick that will cure all problems.

    Yes, yoga definitely has great effects on physical and mental health, but it is wrong to regard to the concept simply as exercise, it's more of a way of life.

    And lastly to answer your suspicions, no, he is not a "quack". He knows what he's talking about and he's just about the only spiritual 'propagator' I don't call bullshit.

  • @MrSatrajitgupta Ok Mr. Gupta. I will take your word for it. Can i do this exercise even if i am a smoker? Or, should i quit for a few weeks before i start doing this exercise?

  • @pooran411 Just carry on doing pranayam particularly anulom vilom. Drink warm milk at night. 6 to 7 hrs of sleep is enough. Just strictly discipline yourself. Use an alarm clock to wake up in the morning. I prefer sleeping at 10 because when you sleep early you wake up early. Why not watch baba ramdev yoga for restful sleep video in youtube. Hope that would help.

  • @GaronLeeify why don't you give it a try yourself? Check your weight after 15 days if in case you are a fat ball of flesh else just do it for no reason and come to this website after 15 days. We will see.
