I prefer to leave the video as is now and not replace the audio. I thought that "Jealousy" was a great song for it, and that I was not in any way damaging Paris interests or opportunities to earn some money :). I don´t earn a penny with any of my vids and considering YT rules people related with Paris´s interests can use the vid I created to post their publicity as other did when I used theirs. I thought that that was fair enough under the terms of "fair use".

If this was because someone didn´t like my sense of humor, please excuse me... it was not intended to harm anyone´s sensibility... may be I thought that a public figure must have some thicker skin... but of course this is not the case of Paris :)

Well... don´t try it... Paris´s team deleted the video there too :). Haha! from now on I will cease in my efforts to promote Paris :)

All you ahd to do was quote the copyright laws and they would ahve backed off. They say that you can use ANY music/video for entertainment use as long as you give credit where credit is due in the description. Stupid lawyers getting out of hand once again.

@ablheza Cool. The copyright laws are stupid unless you know your way around them. By putting a disclaimer in and saying you are using the music under the fairuse coopyright laws they can't touch you. Check them out if you ahve time, quite good reading once you get around the legal crap.

I have 13 vids now with copyright issues...some companies let them up, but as far as I know, WMG mutes the vid or takes it down. Probably I will decide to avoid promoting WMG artists, for sure they will notice that!!! (yes... it´s a joke) :)

Well... don´t worry Ann... Paris team made the video deleted also at LiveVideo. They seem to be too sensitive :). Lesson learned... no more promotion for Paris Hilton songs from The Bunch... may be now she will become a success :)
