  • Eat less meat, stop drinking soft drinks/drink more water, shop around for cheaper car insurance, never co-sign, max out your 401 K at work, make a budget, stay away from malls/stores, eat in more, use coupons, buy used, use your local library, brush & floss teeth daily, take care of your health, borrow dvd's from library/redbox, buy a IRA Roth every year, learn about investing at your library, google Dave Ramsey/Clark Howard, don't lend money, shop at thrift stores, buy in bulk.

  • Hey Suze.. how about we just end plutonomy? But you and your cronies at Merrill Lynch won't like that will you? You disgust me promoting austerity rather than equality. 9 tril in exhistence, 315 mil americans, that equals 28+ mil ea person and child.. who do you think has it all?

  • I've made that going back to school mistake. Studied the wrong thing.

  • @ehunter2 Get of the religious/racial chopping. Grow up. I'm not a Jew, and I hope that you're using the term as a word that many have for decades to say cheated, and not as an anti-religion. I'm Christian, but still have descent, respectable friends who ARE Jews.

  • no retirement till 67? but what if your investment policies allow you to achieve a high rate of return and allow you that buffer for retirement before you're 67? isn't that what financial planners try to sell?

  • wow - no retirement before 67? that's harsh but the sad truth i guess.... i wonder if it's due to the lack of a comfy $ buffer to see us through all the way into old age? something for us to keep in mind - start retirement planning as early as you possibly can......

  • @pozzimystic sad.

  • Rule #1. Never give your money to any brokerage house, hedge fund

or bank run by Jews. In fact dont listen to any "heartfelt" "honest" or

"smart" advice about money given out by Jews...whether Suzi Orman

or Bernie Madoff or Mike Milken or Ivan Boesky or Stein or Goldman or

Sachs. No matter how nice, how eager to help, how knowlegeable the

iron clad rule is..the money goes to the Jews..and you get a nice

form letter telling you that your life savings are gone.

  • You would be amazed at the number of people who have no common sense. That is why there are people who make a fortune advising them. What are phycologist other than people who talk common sense to people who have none.

  • @gocar1962 it really did! sorry think wat you may
