Me power snatching 100 kilograms for 2 reps and then pulling it high enough but losing it forward on the third. Also, this is the first session where a lack of upper body strength seems to be affecting me. Oh, and this was done with my index fingers on the rings.

  • Jesus you're strong dude :| You've gotta pull it in closer though. Think about pulling it into your chest as it goes past. Otherwise with a lower pull height like what happened here you won't have enough time to loop it back in for the catch. Sort that and you'll be able to do 7x3 220 :)

    Thanks Ty, I'll keep that in mind when I get back into the weight room. I'd still like to see a 300 lb power snatch out of myself some day. :)
