would have taken not even a minute to dig out infront of the rear wheels and put them in properly so the tyres will pull the trax under them selfs. use them wrong and of course they wont work. what was waste of an upload bagging usefull recovery equipment when its been misused.

@captandy67 Tthey do. i do it often with my Subaru Forester. I ahve open diffs the same as the hilux here. You just don't wait until your at full articulation otherwise they are useless. If you start to bog down at all stop then get them out and also if your sitting on your chassis they won't work. Thats where a whinch or snatch strap is better.

yeah righto instructions hey haha are u joking i got a dvd with mine? Mate this toyota was to far gone by the time we got there!!! the holes it had dug it was sitting on its axles and would never get out with maxtrax without heaps of digging!!!! Dont get me wrong i love my maxtrax but the snatch strap was so much easyier in this recovery.
