To be fair, Shepard Smith is actually the only Fox anchor with a shred of integrity. This clip makes it look like he thinks America doesn't torture, but what he actually said was:

"We are America! I don't give a rat's ass if it helps. We are America! We do not fucking torture!"

He's not actually saying America doesn't torture, he's saying he's against torture and the idea of America using torture is wrong.
