I was so pumped up by your knowledge of product performance and hair I actually marathon watched your vids and a couple of folk that you mention. My hair and yours is pretty much the same texture. I felt so much confidence that by the next by afternoon I was performing the "big chop. I've done the 2 strand thing and the stretch with the bands. I love it, love it. Thank you so much for the info and if I might add I just love your energy and style. Keep it up. I'm watching!

Yes, I love castille soap as well. Shampoos are the devil! lol But seriously, the sulfates in them strip your hair of not only the debris in it, but the natural oils as well. That's why it gives you that "squeaky clean" feeling. I conditioner wash my hair and occasionally use the castile soap. I love your hair, your vids and your energy! Had to tell you that. Be blessed!

maybe you've already found out, but most people recommend the almond oil castille soap - for smell and moisturizing properties. You're right about having lots of water and I added olive oil and glycerin. I really like washing my hair with it. And you can use the soap for a million other things; that's good too..
i heard castille soap has lye and its not good for natural hair- what do you think.
