Ralph Nadar cost Gore in 2000(I voted for Gore by the way) before I turned to a strict black conservative after I returned from my Naval Service in the war.

But a crime is still a crime even if there are accomplices to a crime (and yes those dems were accomplices)
There are also more Bush administration crimes than that, and even more suspicions of crimes which sets the stage for at the very least a FULL investigation.

So with this setting of this precedent by this president, each president, in turn, shall compound the crimes of the one before him, and change the law to suit him, and thus has a true, legal dictatorship been established unless those guilty of War Crimes are brought to Justice, and all know that even the mighty are not immune to Justice being served.
