Sometimes I think that what should or should not be held up in court depends on just which way the courts want it to go. The laws are written so it can be used to please the courts a vast amount of the time. Nothing is "Set in stone" It maks one wonder sometimes!

I don't believe it. But I do believe its true that you I-Phone tracks you and can be hacked via bluetooth.

If cops find something illegal stored on your cell phone, it will not hold up in court because they violated the 4th Amendment, even if you had something as bad as child pornography on your phone.

@turgeo2004 If you do that, you will get a Waco.

This has absolutely nothing to do with security and everything to do with tyranny. Like they can't watch everyones activity on the internet ALREADY and know who is using child porn. They are probably the ones running the child porn.

Hope the cops like pics of goatse, tub girl, and lemon party because that's what they'll get...

It's called probable cause. Police can't just snoop through your personal items without having a strong suspicion of wrong doing. Otherwise we are all suspects.
i wish i had an rpg, if i did id take out that squad car in a heartbeat.
