ok,right... the first problem, isnt my problem lol.
the second problem can be my problem but how can i see that the game is unranked?

There could be 2 problems:
-You left the game right after you got the medal, try staying the whole round.
-You were playing in an Unranked match

i have a question...when it says i won a medal in-game,and when i go to my profile it doesnt appear...do you thing its lag or its just stats tracking off?
