dude,,, your fucking weak as hell.. hahaha jk nice job dude. Im like a stick, all i have is definition dude, 15 yrs,5 ft 7 105 lbs. Just started benching, im going for endurance, like 4th day and the center of my chest is nice and defined , well, getting more defined, im getting stronger, and sexier :D. are you focusing a lot on core stability with each body part these days and how is that treating you strength wise overall these days

right now yeah, but i'm about to start focusing more on maximal strength shoretly, my strength isa actually on the rise at the moment, i don't do this stuff all year, i'll usually go into a stability type phase, then i'll try to grow a little, then i'll go straight into maximal lifting, but this year its been strange, i started to grow while doing stability training, i'm not complaining about it, lol, but i find it weird...

i also don't really worry about strength when i do the stability training, cause it comes back immediately, and the lighter weight lay off helps keep me injury free
