This is the score that Mr. Gunderson had changed, It is a little slower and adds a funky ending. It was changed back in 1985 or 1986. A change from the Danny Wagner era into the Gunderson era.
I love Mr. Gunderson, but I have to say the original was a lot more powerful!!!

Darn, I was only a Freshman at that time. Heard the Band changed a lot in years and that it was so great in the 1980s.

I graduated in Los Altos in 1989 & was in the HS choir. I was wondering does anybody have a good/clean recording or sheet music, of the LAHS Conquistadores fight song? Sadly, there is no recordings and/or information on the net about Morrel Pfeifle or the history to the composition of this great & powerful song. (SEE NEXT POST FOR THE REMAINDER OF MESSAGE)
