Hey man! I'm watching your videos and you're very good. You make a real dinosaur training! Congratulations.
Could you say me where I can get the support (the four beams) in which your train?
A strong salute! Keep it up.

@becful21, Try bent over barbell rows or incline rows - both work in the opposite motion to the the bench when performed correctly and apparently increase your bench.

dude most people including me can barely touch my hand to my shoulder while sitting in a chair. Lets see your vids so we can all see how its properly done...

Do you think dips would help increase my bench press. I have trouble with the top half of the movement!!

Dips are supposed to be great in helping your bench improve. But i really wouldn't know as i never really do any benching. Dips are a better excersise for the upper body as far as i'm concernd. Stick wuth them, and you'll do well!

Great Job. Can you check out my video and make sure I am not going to low. I have now moved up to 135lbs x 5 and do not want to mess myself up.I weigh 162lbs and my goal is to some day match my weight.

Your dip form looks great to me, as long as your not getting any pain, there's no reason to think you'll injure yourself. Keep up the good work, and good luck with your goal, bodyweight for reps would be an awesome achievment!
