Hi Sherrywine 1941--- that was Harley Huggins. How I know?? I just received a book I ordered, entitled KING OF THE WESTERN SWING BOB WILLS REMEMBERED written by Rosetta Wills (WILLS` daughter) containing that same photo among a few others in the book.
