This is Ukrainian-1 mini-course at the Norris Club of Northwestern University (Chicago). The singers are: p. Ivan (John), p. Gandzia (Geshri), p. Solomiia (Sonya) and o. Syluian. Usually they sing better! One who is screaming behind the camera is Tatyana (who would better shup up)

I know because I'm Ukrainian. I mean that this song singing only kids in schools, so when adults singing it sounds funny. But song is funny too, you right.

It's not song for little kids. The song is about the couple: old man and young woman. Young woman is begging: let me go to the street,old man doesn't let her. He said: I'll give you a hut and garden and other agricultural things. Woman doesn't want them all.
