The National Cohesion and Integration Commission is now faulting the parliamentary vetting process for the director of public prosecution nominee, Keriako Tobiko . And the commission's bone of contention is the inclusion of Matuga member of parliament Chirau Ali Mwakwere , who has a pending hate speech case against him in the interviewing panel. The commission, which claims to have already written to the Kenya Anti Corruption Commission over the issue, wants Mwakwere disqualified from the panel for conflict of interest.
Kenyans really like to waste their energy on trivial things.First we had referendum, followed by promulgation, then came implementation and then consultation which has given way to vetting....you gotta love this country...!

They are right. That Mwakwere guy should be further investigated for the mediocre ferries he has brought us. A whole minister who picks up prostitutes at K-street should not be vetting anyone, apart from the fact that the same DPP has to prosecute a case against Mwakwere.

The NCIC twerps are at it again. This desperate NCIC must be disbanded: A waste of taxpayers’ money. And these people must leave the admirable Ali Chirau Mwakwere alone. Taskless as they are, the undesirable NCIC freeriders are seeking every opportunity to justify their existence vis-à-vis the Human rights Commission. Who told this NCIC, they can stop MPs from performing their duties within the parliamentary framework? Is it not possible for Parliament to stop this NCIC nonsense? Sickening!

Where was NCIC during the initial stages of the vetting process? You wait until taxpayer money has been spent then act like you had no idea it was going on. Give us a break!
