The video is unfortunately plagued with frequent interlacing artifacts (not too noticeable though): if I understand well, this is a limitation of the inverse telecine feature of Virtual Dub, and so it doesn't get any better than this. Properly deinterlaced versions on p2p are not high-res enough for Youtube's high quality feature. Unless someone manages to fix this annoyance, this is the best possible version you'll ever see on Youtube.

Update : Well I've found an infaillible way to properly deinterlace ANY Donald Duck source. See Chips Ahoy, for instance, which is flawless. But making a proper version of this video is low priority since it looks pretty darn good already and others are in more serious need of an update. Maybe later.
