Just jamming at the Three Crows in Delano Minnesota, this guy does a sterling performance of the Jay Ungar tune used as the anthem behind the Ken Burns Civil War series. I am dedicating this to my dear friend "Ge" (Glen Blomgren) who passed away February 2nd, 2008 from cancer. He was an avid Civil War enthusiast and I learned a great deal from him about this conflict. Learn more about the song here: http://www.jayandmolly.com/ashokanfarewell.shtml

  • WOW. That was fantastic!

Sorry to hear about Ge. I remember seeing him in a couple of your early videos. Your walk through Minnehaha Park video with Ge is one of my favorites. My condolences to his family and friends.

  • Thank you for your thoughts on Ge. We had a lot of fun together and made a lot of videos. Although I miss him I am doing fine and have many good friends. You are one of my best friends on YouTube.
