Thanks for all the other great ideas, I'll be trying them when I can time off from work. Been working seven days a week for the longest and really missing fishing.

They do spin and I have landed Redfish and lots of trout with it. I have actually made a few that don't spin. Just try deferent spoons and shapes. Some work better than others. Thanks for all the posts, I enjoy reading them all. And the only thing I have landed so far withis this spoon is Redfish and trout.

I've made one of these---you can also use the handle of a toothbrush--those flashy colors really work to atract fish

yea she already crawled my butt, So i went to Walmart and got me a pack of spoons and some paint in a can a little more manly to by paint in a can.
