Observe the traveling double black spots. These are shadows of dimples in the water created by a motion in it. These vortices, called Falaco Solitons, take a surprisingly long time to dissipate.

Solutons are waves that maintain their shape as they travel at constant speed. You can easily create ones in a swimming pool or in a bath. I used a green light to shoot a higher-contrast video, but you can see them in plain daylight or electric light.
