In a special holiday episode, The Sixty Second Gourmet makes hummus at the insistence of a special guest.
Ingredients:
1 15oz can garbanzo beans
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup sesame tahini
juice from 2 or 3 lemons
3/4 tsp salt
1 large garlic clove
dash cayenne pepper
dash sweet paprika
