I've just started to use drupal commons to build a social network and omg drupal clearly rocks; when you can figure out how to administer it lol. i was using elgg, and if it's an out of the box solution you want with minimal amounts of time spent configuring, elgg is the one, but drupal's feature/module list is unbelievable. steep learning curve and lots of config but well worth the time. right now i'm off to try to figure it out lol

The slides are not visible and there is too much background noise. Using an external microphone, ideally a clip-on microphone, and zooming into the slides whenever the slide changed would have helped make this video much better.
