I just finished this book, and I wanna shout from the rooftops how fine it is. It's somewhat different from the previous Bosch books, and it's received mixed reviews, because it's not an action thriller. Instead, it solves a complex crime by turning over one card at a time.
It's also a detailed explanation of the latest in forensic technology -- educational.
It's a serious book.

Novel 25 should include Harry Bosch, Mickey Haller and Jack McEvoy. These three characters can live in the same story and off course Rachel Wallings can also play a key role

Probably my favorite mystery author. I found out in high school that i like to read and that i like good stories. in my senior year, right before my first day of school, i started reading Echo Park. Now I have read everything up to 9 Dragons. And even though I am more into books set in Boston, I will always read a Micheal Connelly thriller. his books take up most of my collection. I can't wait for The Drop. it looks so awesome.
And i hope to see Bosch on the big screen.
