50 year old shaun Stunned the world of weightlifting /powerlifting by lifting the GWR Of Most Weight Squat lifted In 1 Hour.Total amount lifted was.46,798 kgs.Shaun had trained for this event for six years.6 days a week 2 x a day squat lifting some 50.000 kgs a day.But he had a bigger goal ahead as this was just a warm up.

He also had his sights on the GWR Most Squats Weight Lifted In 24 Hours.& on March 23 2010 Mr.Remarkable man became the fist weightlifter to lift over the 1 million pound mark with an all time squat world record lift of 459,648 kgs
