We love driving, and we love the manual transmission as an integral part of the driving experience. We will not abandon that third pedal and the connection it provides with our machines. We are driving enthusiasts, and we need to save the manuals. Won't you join us?

  • I only started driving a manual last week, and yesterday when I went to start up my automatic, I found my left foot desperately stabbing for a clutch. I'll never go back. With a manual, you become part of the car. It's an amazing feeling that I wouldn't trade for the world.

  • Co-sign. Manual is all I know. It's all I want to know. As for those automated manuals, no thanks. Those are for video games. *tap*, *tap*..boo

    Long live the clutch, bitches.

  • 0:45 - "Manuals are fun"...ah, not always pal. Being stuck in grid-lock for over an hour with a manual car and stuffed left knee tells me otherwise. I'd much prefer an auto for 90% of the driving I do...for the other 10%, yeah, I'm sorrowful I don't have a manual anymore

  • @d0ugz24 >" Most cars are following suit."

    Pure. Conjecture. Get. Real.

True Dual Clutch Transmissions are in the minority compared to still-ATF-circulating slushboxes augmented by electronic shennanigans. "Moving with the times" my butt.

  • Oh god, all of these people who complain about manuals are so annoying. Boo fucking hoo. Out with the old, in with the new. Most modern supercars today have dual clutch transmissions with no clutch pedal and paddles. Most cars are following suit. Its called moving with the times.

  • @DCshoes52 im only 14 and i know how to drive a manual before my licence:D Geo Metro for 500$ taught me how

  • heh...that jeep was actually an automatic. The shifter they showed was for the 4 wheel drive

  • no manual no fun

  • @ScoobyDriver11 True enough, and they have created the first SEVEN speed MANUAL!

  • @DCshoes52 You're not alone bud, i'm 15 years old and can't even fathom the idea of driving an automatic transmission.

  • Amen. It's not always about going that tenth of a second faster. Nothing beats a manual for a pure driving experience.
