2000 Deanna Stellato - Skate Canada LP (USA)

A beautiful, young girl who I had the pleasure and opportunity to watch practice many times from the rafters of the Glenview Ice rink in the Chicago area (on my many business travels). She demonstrates a classic, skating body build that makes an appearance at least once a decade (the beautiful brunette!). Reminds me of people like Suna Murray, Melissa Militano, a little Linda Fratianne, Pricilla Hill (and others). These girls seem to have a low center of gravity, and just great strength in their stroking and edging. Deanna's back crossovers are captivating and beautiful. She was skating hurt here as well. Strong, lovely skating.

I also wonder what happened to this amazing talent. One correction, it is not a lutz but a flutz. At that time, almost all US ladies had flutzes, unfortunately.
