This was 1 of the 3 exercises I did today in my 13 minute workout . I started with the leg press at 505 lbs for 50 reps, then moved over to calf machine 210lbs for 250 reps, finishing with leg extension on hammer strength 40 lbs for 100 reps each leg. I was in a time crunch so i did a crazy 3 set routine that got me in and out of the gym barely being able to walk. After the workout I literally could not stand up straight, walking later in the day was very difficult

  • @ultravp haha im a gamer but i sure the heck do not live in my mothers basement, lol.. People are so quick to be critics, never in a million years would the guy say it to my face and if he did I would put hiom on the leg press and destroy him lol

  • You call that a rep?

  • @DM3062. Always the guys behind the computer that talk to big game, that I would bring inside the gym and they would carry him out in a stretcher, Anytime you want to come to Kansas city, buddy I will make sure to bring my video camera and you can show me your workout and Then we will go through my terrible rep routine :)

  • Wow you're pretty beast!! I usually don't put on but just enough weight for 15 reps (no more) and go til I can't do more than a half a rep. But to do less weight and more reps would be amazing for me. I prefer lifting heavy so I cancel out quick. It's much harder to cancel out when you can do 50 reps. Great workout!!!

    Again, nice rep

  • The other day when I was at the gym, I was about to do my regular leg press w/o but I decided to really push it and see what I was made of. when I was younger I had very strong legs and haven't really lifted this much in a very long time, so I was sure to have someone spotting me lol. I was able to do 10plates (5 each side) of 45lbs x 10 reps. And I continued with more sets just with lighter weight. I was in shock and loved the rush! Next time Im going to record it! Pretty good for a girl LOL!
