A lot of battles between the Indians. India at this period was saddly going through a civil war and the British didnt making it any better.

China could not conquer the world at will, and why would they? They are rich, prosperous and very powerful within and can do as they please in China without any outside influences whatsoever, so why would they want to rock the boat and risking everything to invade countrys?
It wouldnt make any sense. No, China are enjoying these days now.
