Vanderbilt Football 1974 Peach Bowl Texas Tech Part 1 of 4. Played in Atlanta, GA on December 28th, 1974. Vintage film footage synced with "The Voice of the Commodores" Paul Eells (Holy Smokes). I received 7 games of the 1974 Season as a gift and want to share them with my team members, family and friends. I split the games in parts of 10 minutes or less to accommodate YouTube guidelines. Vandy faded late in the 1974 season, getting pounded by a 6-5 Kentucky team and tying Tennessee and Texas Tech(21-21 and 6-6). Steve Sloan would leave Vandy for Texas Tech after the 1974 season and Fred Pancoast would become Head Coach

the Peach Bowl sells out with 72,000 tickets every year! its still retarted that they call it the Chic-Fil-A Bowl. I mean I like their food and all but the Peach Bowl sounds better.
